Ritchie Crago – Director
With many years’ experience within the BMW main dealer network, Ritchie adopted the nickname “The Oracle” from fellow technicians. He is passionate about BMW and if you need to know something, anything, about a BMW, he’s your man. His attention to detail and perfectionism is integral to the service Crago’s endeavours to deliver. Ritchie is also a racing enthusiast, with numerous projects in the pipe line, including restoration, engine swaps & electric upgrades. Ritchie’s favourite BMW is an Z3 M-Coupe.
Pamela Jackson – Service Advisor
With over 30 years’ experience in the motor trade Pam is a fountain of knowledge, working closely with customers, insurance, warranty & suppliers. The friendly voice on the end of the phone will endeavour to look after you and your car, always providing the highest standard of customer service. A genuine care for people and multi-tasking are some of Pams best virtues.
Benjamin Murray – Master Technician
Benjamin is a big BMW enthusiast and has owned some very nice examples of BMW, currently enjoying his E90 M3. Ben has many years exclusive BMW & MINI experience & has become our in-house engine repair specialist and social media blogger. Ben is motivated, hardworking, conscientious and he drinks earl grey tea. Benjamin’s favourite BMW is his own M3.
Adam Brooker – Senior Technician
Adam is our tech-savvy Senior Technician and mentor, adding a wide range of diagnosis & up-to-date technological skills to the team. With previous customer service & broad vehicle repair experience Adam is knowledgeable & always happy to help. Adam adds a modern, high tech approach towards his work and is eager to embrace the latest technologies introduced by BMW.
Daniel Bartholomew – Apprentice Technician
Our very own BMW & MINI expert in training. Almost at the end of his apprenticeship, Daniel has become a valued member of the team with excellent capabilities. Daniel is very conscientious and has an impeccable work ethic (he literally never stops).
Lydia Crago – Director
With a science & engineering background and 25 years spent with a Petrol Head Husband, Lydia has adopted a love for cars & driving. Lydia was awarded a Biochemical Engineering PhD which equipped her with a passion for business & project management. Her Favourite BMW is an e60 M5.
Jason Tolan – Service Advisor
Jason joined our busy reception team in 2021. Jason brings with him an outstanding level of BMW & MINI knowledge from previous years as a BMW technician and excellent customer service skills. Jason is conscientious, personable, caring and has an incredible eye for detail.
James Surtees – Technician
James joined us in 2021 and brings with him a wealth of repair experience. James' kind, honest & caring disposition makes him an excellent technician. James is a big train fan and enjoys learning new skills.
Jay Howell – Apprentice Technician
Our newest BMW & MINI expert in training. Jay is conscientious and hardworking, a very welcome addition to the team. Very good tea maker too! Jay brings with him a welcome passion for classic & retro cars.
